Strategic Advice. Overview

The approach at BVH is to provide a client with strategic advice in the first instance; and thereafter to ensure that the detailed advice is technically accurate, commercial and consistent with that strategic advice.

The aim with strategic advice is to capture all the salient issues relating to any given circumstance. Successful strategic advice produces a business that is able to respond to a fast-changing world, minimizing risk while encompassing opportunities through complete planning and flexible financial modeling.

By way of example:

  • Financial advice in whatever currency must be given in conjunction with a risk mitigation strategy.
  • Commercial structures must be used that are relevant to a particular jurisdiction, both from a commercial and taxation perspective.

This is then backed by a well argued position paper, providing both security and strategy.
